• Initial Consultation: An appointment is scheduled to visit your property, understand your needs, and assess the estate. 

• Contract: Most sales span three days (Friday-Sunday), but this can be adjusted based on the size of the estate. We also offer the option to do a full cleanout of the estate after the sale. 

• Professional Appraisal & Preparation: Your items will be assessed and priced based on fair market value. 

• Scheduling & Advertising: Sale dates will be set as well as advertising to attract buyers. 

• Hosting the Sale: Circa Estate Sales will stage and manage every aspect of the sale.
